What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 1-4 business days to process and ship your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it will take 2-8 business days for delivery to United States and 15-30 business days for International delivery (depending on location).
During Holiday Seasons and Sales (Black Friday etc) shipping can vary in time but we are trying our best to ship as fast as possible.

Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Roses Eternity cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes. Once you have placed your order you cannot cancel it .
My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days from receiving your order. Any brand new product can be returned for a refund . Please contact us with your order number as well as the reason for your return; our customer service will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: Items damaged by the shipping carriers are not our responsibility and you can submit a claim directly with the shipping company in regards to any damaged or lost goods.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?
Processing returns may take up to 5-10 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
